Hubei ShenLi Forging Co., Ltd. located in Danjiangkou city, is a joint venture invested by DongFeng Forging Company Ltd., Danjiangkou City and DongFeng Motor Company. It is holding and operating by Dongfeng Forging Co., Ltd. Its registered capital is 58.2 million Yuan RMB, and total investment will reach 220 million Yuan RMB. The company covers 138,500 square meters and was put into operation in January 1997. Danjiangkou City is on the bank of Hanjiang river and also known as the water source of China South-to-North Water Diversion Project (central line).
    The company is equipped with four forging lines including a 12500t hot forging line imported from Russia, complete axle beam processing workshops and a painting line. The sales of forging products have achieved 23.6 thousand tons per year and the designed annual output of finished product is 150 thousand pieces.             
    It has passed the Environmental /Occupational Health and Safety Management System ISO14001:2004/OHSAS18001:1999 and Quality Management System Certification ISO/TS16949:2002. Since Nissan Production Way (NPW) was introduced to the company in 2003, NPW management tools have been widely and fully implemented. The QCD management level has steadily upgraded.
